Our expertise in this area of dispute resolution combined with our practical approach to litigation has earned us work from several local clients and non-governmental organisations. We also conduct litigation audits and provide strategic litigation advice on how clients can mitigate risks. We have successfully carried our rights and governance related litigation against state and parastatals at the Human Rights and Constitutional Division of the High Court and at the Employment and Labour Relations Court.
