We recognize that Intellectual Property rights now form a solid asset base of most established corporations; brands and ideas drive over 70% of revenue generation in most corporations and have as such become prime intangible assets that require meticulous attention and development.  To this end, we offer clients both contentious and non-contentious IP “support”.  We further recognise that for Artistes, small and Medium enterprises, the ability to promptly protect innovation and talent is important to their lifeline. 

In this regard, we recently successfully represented the Kenyan Boys Choir in a contentious Trademark related dispute both before the Registrar of Trade Marks and at the Commercial and Admiralty Division of the High Court.
